This Shantt has 4 padas. This is the final pada where the jeev isteri tells us about God who dwells in her heart.

The Lord, my Friend has come to dwell in the home of my heart; singing the Lord’s Praises I am satisfied and fulfilled.

“Saajan aaye vuthe ghar mahi; Har Gunn gaavhe tripatt agaahi.”

Singing the Glorious Praises of the Lord, I am satisfied forever, never to feel hunger again; the humble servant of the Lord who meditates upon His Name, is adored in all ten directions.

“Har Gunn gaaye sada triptasee firr bhukh na laage aaye; deh diss pooj hovay Har jann ki jo Har Har Naam dhiaaye.”

Nanak says, He Himself enjoins and separates, there is none other besides the Lord; the Lord, my Friend has come to dwell within the home of my heart.

“Nanak Har Aape jorh vichorhe Har binn ko dujja nahi; Saajan aaye vuthe ghar maahi.”
