Raag Malaar M.5

A Sikh who has been blessed with Gur Parsad recounts his blessings. He sees the Clouds of the Lord’s Grace raining down all over the world (although His Grace is always showering over the world, most do not realise it, or concern themselves about it as Bhagat Kabir Ji says:

“Kabir nirmal boondh Akash ki par gayee bhoom bikaar; bin sanggat eio maaneyi hoye gayee bhath shaar.” – Angg 1374. Slok 195.

This constant shower of God’s Grace is within our bodies, and outside too); when the Beloved Lord showed Mercy to me I became enlightened and aware, and was blessed with ecstacy, bliss and peace.

“Ghanhar baras saggal jag chaiya; bhaye kirpaal Pritam Prabh mere anand mangal sukh paaya.” (rahao).

As I meditated upon the Supreme Lord, all my disputes ended, and my thirsts were quenched; in Sadhsanggat my births and deaths were ended, and I shall never wander again (in reincarnation).

“Mitay kalesh trishan sabh bujhi Parbrahm mann dhiaeiya; Sadhsang janam maran nivarey bahurh na kathu dhaaeiya.”

My mind and body are colored with the love of Immaculate Naam, and I am lovingly attached to His Lotus Feet (Bani); Nanak is always in His Sanctuary, and my Master has made me His Own.

“Mann tann Naam Niranjan ratho Charan Kamal liv laaeya; angikar kiyo Prabh Apne Nanak dass Sarnaeiya.”
