A jeev isteri exclaims in joy. She is satiated with Truth. It nourishes her, and with her mind and body, she meditates upon the Lord.
“Tripat bheyi Sach bhojan khaaya; mann tann rasna Har Naam dhiaeyaa.”
Live life as the Lord wishes you to; it is true living to chant His Name in Sadhsanggat.
“Jeevna Har jeevna; Jeevan Har jap sadhsang.” (rahao).
She now describes the blessings upon the Sikhs who sing His Praises.
He gets dressed in all sorts of robes; as he sings the Praises of the Lord, night and day.
“Anik parkaree bastar udhaye; andinn kirtan Har Gunn gayhe.”
He rides upon elephants, chariots, and horses; if he sees the Lord’s Path within his own heart.
“Hasti rath as aawaree; Har ka marag riday niharee.”
Meditating on the Lord’s Feet (Bani), deep within his mind and body; slave Nanak has found the Lord, the Treasure of Peace.
“Mann tann antar Charan dhiaeyaa; Har Sukh Nidhan Nanak dass payaa.”
