With Guru Ji’s Kirpa Shabad Vichaar is from Angg 1312, Shantt M.5 till the end of all Bani in Raag Kanra.

As stated earlier, Raag Kanra invokes Bhagti Bir rass. It is noteworthy that in this Raag, Guru Ji states twice what happens if anyone causes hurt, distress or harms any Saint of the Lord.

At Angg 1311, in the final Astpadhi by Guru Ramdas Ji, Guru Ji says those who are in the Sharan of the Satguru, the Lord Himself comes to protect and rescue them. The Lord is always detached. But in instances where His Saints need help, He actually descends into the physical world to save them. Guru Ji goes further and states, if one shoots an arrow (tries to harm) at the Lord’s humble servant, the arrow is turned around and shoots the archer instead.

“Satgur Sharan bhaye se thaape tinh rakhan ko Prabh aavegho; je ko sarh sandhe jann upar firh ultho tisse lagaavhego.”

Similarly, at Angg 1317, Guru Ji says if a foolish person shoots an arrow at any humble servant of the Lord, who is engrossed in reciting His Name, the humble servant will be saved, and the arrow is turned around, and kills the one who shot it.

“Har jann Har Har chaudiyan sarh sandhya gawaar; Nanak Har jann Har liv ubhre jinh sandhiya tis firh maar.”
