ASPECTS OF DIVINE LOVE STATED IN JAPJI SAHIB
Sangat Ji
The aspects of Prema Bhagti, Pyar and Bhae Bhagat are very much emphasized in Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji (SGGS). The Path to God is through Love, Loving Devotion.
Every Pauri of Japji Sahib talks about Love for God and Bhai Manjeet Singh has listed many aspects of Prema Bhagti in the various Pauris:

Pauri no. 4 (SGGS Ji Ang 2)
(Recite His Name with Infinite Love, Infinite times)
True is the Master, True is His Name-speak it with infinite love.”
In the same Pauri, we ask the question:
What words can we speak to evoke His Love?’
(What can I speak by which I can attract Your Love, and You can shower me with Your Love?).

(Sing His Praises, listen to His Praises, and in your mind enshrine Love for Him).
Sing, and listen, and let your mind be filled with love”
Pauri no. 6
(Bhava – if He looks at me with Love)
If I am pleasing to Him, then that is my pilgrimage and cleansing bath. Without pleasing Him, what good are ritual cleansings?”

What power! What fascinating beauty!
And what gifts! Who can know their extent?”
The word “Roop,” refers to His Jyot.
In Japji, Guru Ji has used the word “Soaliho”
In Sukhmani Sahib, “Bhala” is used.
Beautiful, Beautiful, Beautiful is Your Sublime Form” (Ang 279)
You are Exquisitely Beautiful, Infinite and Incomparable.
Pure, Pure, Pure is the Word of Your Bani
heard in each and every heart, spoken to the ears”
In the same Pauri:
(I cannot express my Love and my Loving Gratitude to You even once).
I cannot even once be a sacrifice to You.

(Guru Ji expresses the countless kinds of Love in the world).
Countless meditations, countless loves.”
Pauri no. 20
(Rang here refers to Pyar).
But when the intellect is stained and polluted by sin,
it can only be cleansed by the Love of the Name.”

Listening and believing with love and humility in your mind,
cleanse yourself with the Name, at the sacred shrine deep within.”
Again in Pauri no. 21
(Brahmao -This word is used once in SGGS Ji, and it means Brahm-aao, i.e. the Word, Bani which comes from Brahm – God. Dhur Ki Bani.
The translation on the Internet – “I bow to the Lord of the World, to His Word, to Brahma the Creator” – is wrong.)

Myriads of Sitas are there, cool and calm in their majestic glory.
Their beauty cannot be described.”
The translation on the Internet “Myriads of Sitas are there, cool and calm in their majestic glory” is wrong.
