Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji in Raag Basant SGGS Ang 1186-1189 tells us to shift our focus from external things and recognise the Imperishable Lord within us. He also tells us that inner lust makes our mind restless but it is not too late to wake up to spirituality. In subsequent Shabads, Guru Arjan Dev Ji tells us that our mind is fickle and restless without Naam. Guru Ji stressed that God is Ek, and the only way to Him is via prema bhagti even though there are many religions in the world. Only the rare one mergers into God via the Shabad, veechar by Bhai Manjeet Singh Ji on Sunday at Titiwangsa, 8th October, 2017.
