This Shantt has 4 padas. This is the first pada (ghar 2). It is a declaration of the Glories of God by a Sikh who has received enlightenment.

You are everywhere, wherever I go O True Creator Lord; You Provide for all, You Write all Destinies, and are the Dispeller of distress.

“Tu sabni thayee jithe hao jayee Sacha Sirjanhaar Jio; Sabna ka Dataa Karam Bidhataa Dukh Bisaranhaar Jio.”

The Lord Master is the Dispeller of distress, whatever He does, comes to pass; millions upon millions of sins He destroys in an instant.

“Dukh Bisaranhaar Suami kita ja ka hovay; kot kotantar papa kere ek ghari me khovay.”

He identifies a swan (saint) as a swan, a crane as a crane (pretender), He reflects deep within each and every heart; You are everywhere, wherever I go O Creator Lord.

“Hans se hansa bagh se bagha ghat ghat kare bichaar jio; Tu sabni thayee jithe hao jayee Sacha Sirjanhaar Jio.”
