The Entire Universe is subject to Time. Time is called Kaal.
In Maru Solhe M.5 (Ang 1075), Guru Ji says He created the continents, nether worlds, islands, and the Cosmos.
“Khand Pataal Deep Sabh Loaa.”
He Himself made them all subject to Time (death, decay, destruction).
“Sabh kaale vass Aap Prabh Keeya.”
He Himself is Immortal, and Eternal. Anyone who focuses internally upon Him, becomes Eternal like the Lord Himself.
“Nichal Ek Aap Abhinasi so Nichal Jo Tisse Dhiaayida.”
Although He created Time, He is not subject to Time. He resides as Akal Murat within us.
The clip (available on YouTube) talks of a place in Norway where Time does not exist. It is just a manner of speaking. Time exists in Sommaroy, Northern Norway too. In fact Gurbani says not only did He create Time, He created the years, months, days and dates, and the intelligence to perceive these aspects of Time. Different cultures and populations around the world began to perceive Time and its phases according to the intelligence, He bestowed upon them.
