Our True Everlasting Friend is Naam/Satguru/God. (all are in essence, One).

A Sikh talks to his inner self, and says he accepts the total Sovereignty of God. I happily accept whatever is done by Him.

Whatever my Friend does I readily accept; my Friend’s actions are pleasing to me.

“Meet kare soyee ham manaa; Meet ke kartab kusal samanaa”

In my heart and mind my focus is on the One Lord; One who does this is my Friend.

“Eka tek mere man cheet; jis kich karna so hamra meet.”( rahao).

My Friend is Carefree; by Guru’s Grace I have love for Him.”

“Meet hamara Vepravaha; Gur kirpa te mohe asnaha.”

My Friend knows the inner secrets of all hearts; He is the All Powerful Being, Supreme Lord and Master.

“Meet hamara Antarjamee; Samrath Purakh Parbrahm Suami.”

I am Your servant, You are my Master; Nanak says, my honor and glory are all Yours.

“Ham dasey Tum Thakur mere; maan mehat Thakur Prabh Tere.”
