Raag Bilaaval (Bilawal) M.5.

This Shantt has 5 padas. In the 1st pada Guru Ji warns against ego and says we must live in humility.
The 2nd pada says Naam should be your only support.
In the 3rd pada, Guru Ji says one must accept His Bhana, while the 4th pada speaks of intense yearning for God, the state of bairaag.

This is the 5th and final pada where there is fulfillment.
The Lord now dwells in her home and she feels blessed.

“Dhan dhan hamare bhag ghar aaya Pir mera.”

Everything around her is beautiful and the gardens green and alive.

“Sohay bankk dwar sagla bann hraa.”

My Husband Lord has rejuvenated me and blessed me with joy and bliss.

“Har hra Suami sukhe gami anand mangal rass gnaa.”

My Husband Lord is eternally Young and Fresh, what tongue can I use to sing His Praises?

“Navalh Navtanh Nah Bala kavan rasna gunn bhanaa.”

My bed is beautiful; gazing upon Him, I am fascinated, and all my doubts and pains have been erased.

“Meri sejh sohee dekh mohee saggal sahsa dukh hraa.”

Nanak says, all my hopes have been fulfilled; my Husband, the Infinite Lord, has met me.”

“Nanak peyampeh meri aas puree milhe Suami Aprampara.”
