Have you ever checked your heart rate?

If so, the nurse or doctor would have told you it is between 60 to 100 beats per minute. On average it hovers around 70.

What if your heart beat was 1200 beats per minute? A heart beat of 1200 per minute is impossible for a human to maintain, and would immediately lead to cardiac arrest.

The heart would not have time to fill in blood between such fast beats, and the ventricles would just quiver and fail.

Yet, such a fast beat is found in hummingbirds.

The Creator can do anything, and His Kudrat is full of such marvelous examples. The Gurus tell us again and again, to look at His Kudrat with wonder. His Kudrat (Creative and Inventive Potency) is described as “achrajj”) – fascinating and marvelous, and His Naam is full of His sifat salaah – Praises.

“Achrajj Teri Kudrat Tere Kadam Salaah.” (Ang 1138).

He can create things out of nothingness, and one is always awe struck at His Almighty Creative Power.

“Nihcheejian cheej kare mera Gobind Teri Kudrat ko Kurbaan.” ( Ang 624).
